This project was a complete transformation, turning a conventional home into a refined modern living space defined by clean lines, natural materials, and carefully integrated lighting. The design approach focused on creating continuity throughout the house, where every room feels connected through a balanced palette of warm wood, textured stone, and soft neutral tones.

The washroom was designed to feel calm, architectural, and sophisticated. Large format stone surfaces wrap the space to create a seamless look, while the floating vanities add a sculptural presence and maintain a clean visual flow. Vertical mirrors with integrated lighting extend the height of the room and softly highlight the textures of the stone. The walk in glass shower with matte black fixtures introduces contrast, while the illuminated niches provide both functionality and subtle visual depth.

In the private areas, warmth becomes the central element. The bedroom features textured wood wall panels and layered lighting that create depth and comfort, transforming the space into a quiet retreat. Custom millwork continues through the walk in closet and living areas, where integrated shelving and cabinetry blend storage with refined design.

Throughout the home, lighting plays a key role in shaping the atmosphere. Natural daylight, recessed fixtures, and soft LED accents work together to create spaces that feel bright, balanced, and welcoming. The result is a modern home where thoughtful design, quality materials, and precise craftsmanship come together to form a cohesive and elegant living environment.
